The Last Hurrah

We are excited to announce the first (and last) golf event sponsored by Tom Berglund at Toscana Valley, Khao Yai in Nakhon Ratchasima province, Thailand.

Golf Course

The tournament will take place at the Toscana Valley Golf Course. The course is challenging but fair – carts are needed as the green to tee distance can be quite a long walk – for example the 2nd tee is about 1 km from the 1st green.

The views are splendid and the weather in late October tends to be not too hot with some rain possible.

** Buggies or bicycles are available to move around the estate.

Accommadation

The hotel is set on top of a hill and has commanding views over the valley and golf course. It is comfortable and close to the clubhouse. Breakfast is at Café Museo which is a short walk from the hotel.

There are plenty of dining options within Toscana Valley and also nearby. There is a spa above Café Museo. There is a large swimming pool at the rear of the golf clubhouse and several gyms on the estate.

Competition Rule

The rules of the competition will be posted later but will be based on standard Stableford with modifications based on course conditions, handicaps, remarkable shots and attire. Tee offs will be white tees for men and red tees for ladies.

The purpose of this tournament is enjoyment – not too serious but respecting the rules of golf.
